then creat a new layer above your image choose pen tool (press p) and make some lines like image, when you done with lines (press b) and choose a hard round brush with 1 or 2 px, press p again to return pen tool, now righ click in or image and select stroke path, choose brush for tool and select simulate pressure then ok.
